Hi, I’m Tien, a senior game tester with more than six years of experience. In addition to being able to sift out any bug in a game, I’m comfortable managing a team and assigning tasks to make sure things get done on time. There’s no I in team, but there is a “me” in game.

- Wrote test cases with the design and development team’s support. Aligned and reported testing status with development on a daily basis.
- Maintained and executed test cases as necessary.
- Analyzed the results of testing, submitted defect reports, and led the triage of defect reports to ensure that they were properly prioritized and assigned.
- Managed and assigned tasks to the team, ensuring project quality met delivery time.
- Implemented and maintained the testing process to ensure both the development team and QC team stayed on the same page and issues were solved efficiently.
