All vacuum pumps in the Loricraft machines are built to industrial quality standards in England and Germany. These pumps are used in laboratory and factory applications and designed for continuous use. They are immune to corrosive and caustic fluids, and poisonous gasses. The pumps are very expensive and carry a 5-year warranty.

The PRC-3 is the reference power of vacuum; call it suction power of 1

PRC-4 suction value 2.2 (10% more flow than the earlier PRC-4 )

PRC-4 Deluxe has suction value 3.7 (two pump heads)

Therefore, we would need 3.7 PRC-3 pumps to create as much vacuum as a PRC-4 Deluxe.

A vacuum of 2.2x is ideal for the mid-priced model.

An interesting side-story: Our design engineers discovered that the PRC-4 Deluxe cannot be operated in a room where the temperature is below 60F. The vacuum is so intense the nozzel will freeze from the air velocity and record cleaning fluid.
